At Advocate Aurora Healthcare, I analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, benchmarking opportunities, business needs, and organizational performance measures. I prepare executive reports, support clinical information systems, validate data quality, and help develop annual budgets and financial plans.
Previously, I supported quality improvement at Advocate Christ Medical Center and Mount Sinai Health System, partnering with clinical teams, physicians, and executives on indicators, peer review, dashboards, fallouts, and patient-care expectations.
My work includes Midas+, Epic Systems, Meditech Live, BI Launchpad, Altair Monarch Data Prep Studio, Excel, Tableau, and SQL-based data work. I have also trained colleagues on OPPE and FPPE processes and led dashboard reviews with physicians and executives.
Earlier in my career, I built online course content and websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Symfony, WordPress, and Git, and used Python and Py-ART at Argonne National Laboratory to retrieve, clean, analyze, and visualize atmospheric radar data.
