In the United States Marine Corps, I supervised six automotive maintenance personnel, assigned daily workloads, and monitored training requirements. I coordinated maintenance support for 71 vehicles and 10 trailers.
I maintained accountability for 111 serialized assets valued at $7.98M through audits, inventory reviews, and equipment readiness activities. I also supported a formal supply and maintenance inspection that resulted in zero deficiencies.
I managed maintenance and service requests from opening through closeout, and improved parts ordering, receiving, issuing, and service closeout procedures. These changes strengthened workflow efficiency, supply accuracy, and maintenance visibility.
As an Automotive Maintenance Technician, I performed hands-on maintenance, diagnosed automotive and equipment issues, and documented service needs and equipment status. My training includes automotive maintenance, leadership development, risk management, and defensive driving; I hold active Secret and NATO Secret security clearances.
