What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data role where I can clean and reconcile messy data, build trustworthy models, and automate reporting with Excel/VBA, SQL, and BI tools—so leaders can act on clear, documented evidence, ideally with remote flexibility.

I’m a Data Analyst with +8 years in the Brazilian Army, and the last 4 years focused on data analysis, personnel management, and operational reporting. I specialize in turning messy, incomplete datasets into clean, reliable evidence for decision-making.

I clean and reconcile large datasets with conflicting records and structural inconsistencies, and I build/audit Excel-based models for HR and personnel allocation. I also identify data gaps and anomalies in organizational databases, then translate quantitative findings into clear, actionable summaries for leadership.

I automate data validation and reporting workflows using VBA and RPA tools to eliminate manual errors and reduce processing time. I’m adaptable, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in fully remote environments.
