As a QA Team Lead, I oversaw quality assurance processes, established best practices, and drove efficiency in testing methodologies. I currently work as a Senior QA Engineer, providing quality assurance for the BMW/MINI group.

I executed manual testing to accurately identify and rectify quality faults, regularly reviewing and adapting testing processes for continual growth. I also implemented reliable security tests, providing full reports and analysis to development engineers.

I analyzed and clarified requirements with customers and business analysts, planned testing processes, and wrote test cases. I conducted functional testing, identified problem areas, and tracked the life cycle of errors.

I coordinated daily team assignments and Scrum meetings, communicating with development teams on new features and client requests. I crafted and ran test cases and user stories, executed SQL commands for database testing, and performed regression, performance, and functional testing.

I executed and oversaw inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications. I created test cases and reports documenting errors and issues for fixing, and worked closely with the development team to improve existing products.
