I develop transformation logic, data validations, and scalable BI solutions that support business KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reporting. I also contribute to pipeline automation and manage version control and deployment workflows with Azure DevOps and SourceTree.
Previously at Infineon, I analyzed recruitment processes and patterns, developed talent-acquisition dashboards, and improved data quality in recruitment analytics.
