I develop level-set topology optimization platforms for multiphysics engineering and high-performance structural design.

Message

At UC San Diego, I led Honda-funded research developing multiphysics topology optimization platforms for vehicle cabin noise reduction, battery electrodes, and battery-pack cooling structures. I built sparse automatic-differentiation approaches that reduced computing time and memory use.

I've contributed to aerospace and turbomachinery optimization projects with Collins Aerospace and Rolls-Royce, and co-developed ParaLeSTO, a C++ level-set topology optimization code with Python, MATLAB, FEniCS, and COMSOL interfaces. I also teach numerical computing, information systems, and mathematics at AUB Mediterraneo.
