I am looking for an entry-level position that allows me to learn and grow while contributing to a team.

My name is Andrea Ortega, and I am a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for contributing to team success. I graduated from McAllen High School in 2014 and furthered my education at South Texas College, graduating in 2016. Since then, I have been working as a Donor Center Technician at Biomat USA GRIFOLS, where I have honed my skills in donor care and machine operation.

In my current role, I am responsible for reviewing donor questions, performing vital checks, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all donors. I take pride in my ability to train new staff and maintain high standards in our operations. My experience has equipped me with a solid foundation in phlebotomy and lab procedures, and I am eager to apply my skills in a new entry-level position where I can continue to grow and learn.
