At Côte Brasserie, I managed day-to-day workflows, staff scheduling, health and safety compliance, and coordination between local management and Head Office. Previously at Coppa Club, I directed front-of-house operations and introduced daily sales incentives to strengthen team engagement and venue performance.

Alongside my BA Graphic Design studies at the University of East London, I've supported UEL's Career Zone Hub as a Student Advisory Ambassador Board member, helping streamline administrative workflows and communication between students and institutional services.

I bring hands-on experience in prepress preparation, typography, printmaking, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital administration, alongside an owner mentality developed in high-volume customer-facing environments.
