Anderson Rodrigues

Since 2015, I have been working in the technology field, starting my career as an intern in a software house even before graduating as a Computer Technician. After a year, I was promoted to developer and remained in the company for four years, working on various projects in CRM, ERP, Language Schools, Academies, Fleet Management, and other segments.
As the company was small, I had the opportunity to perform some roles beyond development, such as analyst, which allowed me to understand and specify demands directly with customers. With this, I developed not only technical skills but also soft skills.
In 2020, I accepted the challenge of being a technical leader on a corporate education system project (LMS), where I actively participated from the beginning, in analysis, modeling, architecture, and project development. Currently, the project has become a product with numerous customers using it.
Jumping to the present, since 2021, I have been working as a software engineer in consulting firms, having the opportunity to work in the banking segment with high availability solutions and experience with event-driven architecture systems. Currently, I work in an automotive industry company, where I have already been responsible for sustaining the tracking system of a vehicle but am currently working on the development of new projects.
My focus is 100% on improving my technical and soft skills to always perform my best in the opportunities that come my way.
