I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience building high-performance mobile and backend applications for government and enterprise platforms. I lead development for Gob.EC and Kallari, and I’m also the Developer & Administrator of the FirmaEC Mobile App, contributing to solutions with 500,000+ downloads across Google Play, App Store, and Huawei AppGallery.

At MINTEL, I develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications and integrate government services with authentication and electronic signature solutions. I help improve performance, scalability, security, and user experience, and I participate in software architecture, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Before that, I supported the FirmaEC platform and mobile application, implementing PDF electronic signature validation and working with digital certificates and authentication mechanisms. Earlier, as an IT Analyst, I built a PDF search solution to improve document retrieval efficiency and automate document management workflows.
