At HCL Technologies (Client: PayPal Inc.), I modernized a server-side CGI interface into a high-performance ReactJS, NextJS based application, reducing client-side latency with efficient data-fetching patterns. I developed data-driven test strategies for complex, API-dependent UI flows and designed a comprehensive automation testing framework using Cypress, Jest, Mocha, Nemo, and Playwright for end-to-end, unit, and functional integration coverage.
For Western Union, I designed and developed POS services and UI components, worked in TDD with Playwright-based testing, and upgraded legacy Angular features to Angular 14 while improving UX, responsiveness, and accessibility. In parallel, I managed the full lifecycle of incidents—triaging, monitoring with tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, resolving within SLAs, and escalating to L3/vendors when needed.
