At Tabuk Pharmacy / Pharmacy Group, I manage operations across 13 pharmacies and 5 medical centers, coordinating a team of 29 pharmacists and 35 support staff. I oversee stock availability, shortages, purchasing, and near-expiry products across branches.
I reduced annual expired-product losses from approximately SAR 3,000,000 to SAR 280,000 over three years through stock monitoring, branch coordination, and inventory movement. I also supported the transition to a modern ERP system and use Excel, Power BI, n8n, scripting, and AI tools to improve reporting and decision-making.
