I’m looking to work on hazard–vulnerability–risk modeling, flood risk assessment, and disaster risk management using GIS, remote sensing, and hydrological/hydraulic tools to inform resilient, risk-informed governance and emergency facility planning.

I’m a disaster risk & geospatial modeling researcher integrating hazard–vulnerability–risk to strengthen flood risk management and resilience.
What I'm looking for
I specialise in disaster risk and geospatial modeling, focusing on hazard–vulnerability–risk integration, flood risk management, and environmental change analysis. I apply physical vulnerability assessment, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, and spatial decision-support systems to support resilient planning and risk-informed governance.
In my PhD work, I developed an integrated modelling approach for flood mitigation and building-level vulnerability under afforestation and rainfall scenarios in the Upper Citarum River Basin. I calibrated hydrological simulations with 32-year rainfall data (NSE = 0.93), used HEC-RAS for flood depth and inundation mapping, surveyed 1,154 buildings to build a physical vulnerability index (AHP-based), and demonstrated >95% structural risk reduction under optimised afforestation scenarios.
Across consultancy and field roles, I deliver practical geospatial solutions—cadastral database management, high-precision tourism mapping, and spatial data analysis/visualization using GIS tools. I’ve also taught and mentored students in GIS, remote sensing, spatial analysis, surveying, GIS databases, and Python in GIS, reinforcing my commitment to turning complex geospatial methods into usable decision support.
