I’ve built driver-based forecasts, Power BI dashboards, and board-ready reporting that leadership uses to decide—backed by hands-on IFRS 15/IFRS 9 application in live fintech and audit environments.

In independent advisory work, I’ve redesigned O2C, P2P, and R2R process workflows across 20+ client engagements on a combined ₹150–250 Cr revenue base. I also lead financial due diligence reviews across 5+ engagements—evaluating revenue quality, normalised EBITDA, and working capital health to support capital allocation decisions.

Previously at Paytm Payments Bank, my focus was end-to-end P&L analysis across Savings, Wallets, UPI, FASTag, and Fixed Deposits on a ₹1,200+ Cr annual revenue base. I built driver-based forecasts, budgets, and rolling reforecasts across a ₹500+ Cr cost base, improving forecast accuracy by ~10–15% and cutting deviations by ₹50–75 Cr annually, while automating Power BI dashboards to reduce reporting effort 30–40%.

Earlier in my career, I combined FP&A with audit analytics at BSR & Co. (KPMG Network Firm), where I turned statutory audit findings into management-ready performance insight and was recognised with the Rising Star Award. At JBM Group, I owned forward-looking financial models across a ₹400–600 Cr cost base and ₹80–120 Cr capex pipeline, rebuilt MIS by migrating 20+ legacy Excel reports into Power BI dashboards, and supported go/no-go decisions with clear, actionable driver insights.
