What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy and scalable digital transformation initiatives, particularly across ServiceNow and GenAI, where I can improve adoption, user experience, and operational outcomes.

At Nestlé, I own the strategy and roadmap for the global ServiceNow Request Management platform, driving governance, standardization, platform maturity, and scalable request fulfillment.

Previously at Accenture, I developed product roadmaps, translated requirements into user stories, and led GenAI adoption initiatives that increased adoption by about 25% in one quarter. I also designed promptathons that improved user engagement and proficiency with AI-driven solutions.

My earlier work across Ephicacy Lifesciences Analytics, IQVIA, and Oracle Financial Services Software includes product strategy for clinical-trial platforms, Agile transformation, clinical data management, and core banking process analysis. I bring 14+ years of experience turning business strategy into user-centric digital products.
