At First Up, I interviewed educators about the long-term economic impacts of universal Pre-K and authored a chapter for a book on early childhood education, expected in 2027.
I also represented First Up in meetings with congressional staffers to advocate for increased policy support and funding for home-based childcare providers, and participated in site visits and research meetings.
For my Temple University capstone, I authored a research paper on minimum wage laws and fast-food employment across all 50 U.S. states from 2014–2019. I built a balanced panel dataset and used OLS panel regression with robust standard errors to test hypotheses and interpret statistical significance.
During my internship at ASDD, I researched refugee communities and created culturally responsive outreach campaigns. I created multilingual content in Pashto, Dari, and Italian, which increased digital engagement by 30%, and drafted policy briefs and educational resources.
