I want to keep building strong QA ownership—test strategy, defect management, and execution—while increasingly using data (SQL/Excel/Power BI) to drive smarter decisions and improve product quality.

I’m a QA Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing and defect tracking, and I’m actively expanding my data analysis skills. I’m naturally curious and detail-oriented—I get real satisfaction from identifying issues others miss and improving the systems I work with.

At Playwing, I served as an Area Owner for UI & Menu testing, developing and managing test cases across multiple platforms while helping reduce post-release issues. I identified, documented, and tracked 1,000+ bugs using Jira, and I used PlayFab to run performance and stress testing and generate data reports to support data-driven fixes.
