I am a licensed practical nurse with strong communication, empathy and people skills, experienced working with patients across a wide range of physical and psychological needs. I connect with patients, listen carefully, and explain care plans in a calm, respectful manner.

I am proficient in medication administration, IV starts and flushes, phlebotomy, preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs, running small lab tests and assisting with ultrasound-guided procedures. I prioritize patient education, HIPAA compliance and maintaining accurate, secure health records.

I am reliable, flexible and able to manage a heavy workload by prioritizing tasks early in my shift. I enjoy home- and clinic-based patient care, supporting activities of daily living, and working with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
