At AIST South Africa t/a Taxi Maxim, I represent the company in legal and operational disputes, draft and review commercial agreements, and advise on regulatory and corporate issues. I monitor legislative changes and identify legal and contractual risks to support compliance.
As a Legal Consultant at The Kendall Law Group, I researched cases, prepared pleadings and discovery documents, and supported trial and hearing preparation. I also handled commercial contracts and communicated directly with clients.
My work has also included commercial law assessment marking at the University of South Africa (UNISA), fund administration at Apex Group, and legal advice on commercial property and trust matters. I hold an LLM from the University of Venda, completed with distinction, and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
