I’m a results-driven Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with 3+ years of experience delivering accurate financial reporting, taxation support, audit coordination, and compliance management across UAE real estate and Big 4 environments. I’m comfortable owning General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing to keep financial operations reliable under tight deadlines.

In my current role, I manage the general ledger and ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies. I post journal entries including accruals, prepayments and depreciation, prepare and analyse accounts receivable aging reports, and support reconciliations (AR and bank) before month-end close. I also assist in preparing P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash flow statement content and build audit schedules with supporting documents for smooth annual audits.

Previously, I supported tax and audit processes, including e-filed partnership tax returns and timely GST returns, while advising stakeholders on GST-related matters. I’ve also developed strong foundations in IFRS and GAAP, and I continue to strengthen my analytics toolkit through hands-on Power BI training and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) coursework, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
