At Cloudy PropTech, I implement and configure Yardi modules for real-estate and property-management operations. I also develop custom reports and Power BI dashboards that support financial and operational decision-making.
I build enterprise SQL solutions, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers, and optimize queries and execution plans. I also design ETL processes and conduct data profiling and cleansing.
At Proactivesoft, I developed Informatica PowerCenter workflows to load and transform data into data warehouses. I wrote reports and fast-query solutions using PowerBuilder (SAP) with Sybase and MS SQL Server.
I designed ERD schemas and database solutions for Workshop, Stock, Cars, Ledger, CRM, Broker, and HR systems. My graduation project, The Tree of Narrators, explored Hadith narrators and their relationships through a graph-based system.
