What I'm looking for
I am a seasoned public administrator and higher-education professional with over thirty years of progressive experience in university administration, governance, and registrar functions. I have served as University Registrar and currently serve as Senior Deputy Registrar, Head of Examinations & Records.
Throughout my career I have led examinations and records administration, admissions processing, senate and governing council secretariat functions, and human resource operations, with a focus on procedural discipline, records governance and institutional compliance. I have provided executive advisory support to Vice-Chancellors and governing bodies, and I am a Fellow of both the Institute of Management Consultants and the Chartered Institute of Public Management.
I deliver operational efficiency through process streamlining, staff supervision and policy custodianship, and I have directed convocation/matriculation functions, certificate issuance and verification, and major institutional committees. I seek to apply my leadership, stewardship and governance skills to strengthen institutional administration and academic quality.
