I've supported water-management and public-infrastructure decisions in Argentina, using Python and MySQL to analyze hydrometric data across the Parana-Paraguay system. At Administracion Provincial del Agua, I consolidated field, hydraulic, spatial, and satellite data for approximately 1,800 km of rural drainage systems.
I build reproducible data products with SQL, Python, PostgreSQL, dbt, Power BI, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT workflows. My MEM-Insight project delivered a 21-year pipeline with 90,689 rows, 27 dbt tests, a star schema, and data-quality fixes for mixed units, double counting, and reconciliation defects.
I've also developed public WebGIS viewers and automated climate and hydrology tools, including AutoHydro Argentina and an ENSO impact tracker. I bring civil, hydraulic, and irrigation engineering experience to turning operational and environmental data into dashboards, datasets, and decision-ready outputs.
