At BAT Pakistan, I ensured quality measurements were accurately analysed, trended, and reported to customers and management.
I supported daily production issue resolution and process-improvement programmes, applying IWS tools including FMEA, Unified Problem Solving, WPI, and Loss Analysis. I also achieved Level 3 qualification in the EH&S pillar under the IWS framework.
During my operations internship at BAT Pakistan, I designed safety maps for a newly installed CPS Dryer, developed health-check regimes for cigarette waste boxes, and improved MSDS HC compliance from 80% to 100%.
I'm pursuing an MS in Environmental Sciences and bring a Cum Laude BS foundation in water-quality research, environmental management, lab analysis, data management, and EHS systems.
