BhutanWhat I'm looking for
At NGN Technologies, I lead development across government and enterprise systems in Bhutan. I led delivery of the Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan (RICB) mobile and web application and served as Team Lead for the Royal Monetary Authority (RMA) iCoMS system.
I architected and developed the G2C Portal, including its Security Clearance and DCRC Appointment systems, and integrated Keycloak SSO and National Digital Identity authentication across G2C systems. I also designed Spring Boot microservice architectures using Spring Cloud Gateway and Eureka.
For the JICA DHP project, I served as Sub-Lead and Backend Developer, implementing a serverless architecture on AWS Lambda. I also authored the Business Requirements Document for a 41-module ERP rebuild after requirements-gathering visits to nine municipal offices.
I established Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for several systems, reducing deployment time by 50%, and deployed Docker-containerized applications on Kubernetes both on-premises and on AWS. My work also includes AWS infrastructure, Linux server operations, and production data remediation.
