At the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, I contribute to NAIS, the National Agricultural Information System. I designed and built an agricultural campaign tracking platform with national and provincial reporting and Excel exports.
I also designed a production declaration platform for the General Directorate of Agricultural Production, tracking 24 products across municipalities, and built sanitary import waiver workflows for the General Directorate of Veterinary Services. Those workflows use BPMN and generate official documents in French and Arabic.
For NAIS, I secured authentication and authorization with Keycloak and centralized policies with Open Policy Agent. I also set up a versioned GitLab CI/CD catalog adopted across the platform’s microservices and contributed to GitOps deployments and the API Gateway.
At BEYN, formerly AeBS - Algeria e-Banking Services, I contributed to digital solutions for financial institutions. I developed server-side logic with Spring Boot, managed PostgreSQL databases, and designed responsive Angular interfaces for digital banking services.
