At Binarios IT – T2S Group, I engineer Spring Boot microservices for a Healthcare Information System that manages 10,000+ patient records per month. I optimized PostgreSQL queries and Hibernate mappings, reducing a critical endpoint’s response time from three seconds to under one.

I also implemented an Apache Kafka integration between the HIS and radiology systems, and automated Jenkins and Docker deployments for zero-downtime releases.
