I seek a role that fosters growth, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in mental health.

I am a dedicated psychology professional with meaningful experience applying psychological theories to support children, adolescents, and adults facing various intrapersonal concerns. My eclectic approach allows me to tailor my practice to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating evidence-based techniques with an emotionally focused, trauma-informed, and positive psychology lens.

Throughout my training as a Trainee Psychologist, I have created treatment plans and provided individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I have conducted intake interviews and assessments, curated comprehensive case reports, and developed content for social media to raise awareness about mental health. My experience as a Tele Mental Health Counsellor has further honed my skills in crisis intervention and client management, allowing me to help clients navigate distressing conditions effectively.

I am highly motivated to learn and grow further in my field, bringing a strong foundation in psychological principles and a commitment to adapting my methods to bring innovative solutions to the table. I believe in the power of collaboration and active listening to foster meaningful connections with my clients.
