What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design complex enterprise products where I can improve multi-role workflows, build scalable design systems, and use AI-assisted prototyping to move from discovery to implementation-ready solutions.

At Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, I lead end-to-end design for enterprise SaaS platforms used across Vodafone markets. I take products from discovery and workflow modeling through interaction design, prototyping, design systems, handoff, and design QA.

I redesigned the Planner Tool for dispatchers, technicians, and managers, reducing duplicate telecom repair tickets by 95%. I also design workforce planning, resource allocation, fulfillment, cost, and analytics experiences across interconnected operational roles.

I build reusable UX patterns and scalable UI foundations, and use Claude, Cursor, and Codex to explore implementation ideas faster. I also teach UX/UI at ITI, mentoring designers in product thinking, research, design systems, prototyping, and evidence-based decisions.
