My background includes operational and people-leadership roles where I managed scheduling, payroll, recruiting, and training for large teams, improving efficiency and employee satisfaction. I bring practical knowledge of EHR/data systems and common workplace tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Workday, and QuickBooks.

I prioritize client-centered care, HIPAA compliance, and crisis prevention, and I hold certifications including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI). I am completing clinical massage training and pursuing a bachelor’s in psychology with the goal of becoming a therapist.
