At The Denver Gazette, I designed daily Sports and News sections, pulled wire stories and photos, and typeset pages on deadline. I also coordinated with editors to make edits and update stories as needed.
At The Dallas Morning News, I designed daily Sports pages and a weekly Spanish publication. I pulled wire stories and photos, copy edited local and wire stories, and typeset pages on deadline.
At Sightline Media Group, I designed pages for four monthly magazines and created original illustrations and graphics as needed. I pulled stories from Arc, prepared photos, and coordinated with editors and fellow designers.
Earlier, I designed news and sports pages at Gannett/USA Today and worked as a reporter at The Greer Citizen, covering news, government, business, and features. I also wrote a weekly opinion column, interviewed sources, and assisted with page layouts.
