What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to civil engineering or project development work where I can apply technical planning, market analysis, cost discipline, and project execution skills.

At CCT Constructors Corporation, I inspect finalized projects for structural integrity and safety, prepare method statements, and support offshore and steel intake-head work.

I'm also a Project Development Associate at Filinvest Alabang, Inc., where I contribute to decisions for 1001 Parkway Residences across pricing, payment terms, finishes, budgets, sales strategy, and execution. I use market benchmarking, competitor analysis, and pricing, sales, and inventory analysis to strengthen the project's positioning and pre-selling performance.

Earlier, at Metro Stonerich Corporation, I prepared quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, schedules, material requests, and rendered structural models for residential and office projects.

I'm a PRC Board Exam passer and hold a BS Civil Engineering degree with a specialization in Structural Engineering. My thesis on natural cotton waste fiber in concrete received an Outstanding and Gold Thesis Award.
