I am a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing who holds active RN licenses in CA, CO, NV, IN, and NC. I combine clinical experience with utilization review expertise to support safe, evidence-based care.

In my current role as Nurse Reviewer I, I evaluate requests for services, conduct medical necessity reviews for exception preauthorization requests, and ensure thorough documentation and provider communication while meeting department standards and performance metrics.

Previously, as a Clinical Nurse I in medical-surgical settings, I provided patient and family education, performed comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, delivered IV therapy, managed complex wound care, and maintained accurate EMR charting to optimize patient treatment plans.

I also served as a COVID RN performing testing and patient registration with full PPE compliance. I am driven to improve care quality and operational efficiency by applying clinical judgment, strong computer skills, and clear communication across care teams.
