At Presco Plc, I run daily management reports and the month-end mass balance for palm oil manufacturing. I built a factory-wide reporting system for utilities, maintenance and downtime, with dashboards and tools now used daily across production, quality, supply and stock.
I use factory data to surface issues such as fruit quality and processing backlogs, so teams can act at the source. I work with production, maintenance, logistics and sales colleagues, and train the people who use the reporting tools.
