At InformAction, I implement financial policies and controls in line with organizational and donor requirements. I monitor project budgets, prepare forecasts and donor reports, and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
I manage project fund disbursements and support payroll preparation and statutory filings, including PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, and withholding tax. I also strengthen the financial operations of EU grantee organizations.
Previously, as an Accountant at Ngina Makau & Associates, I provided bookkeeping and reporting services across QuickBooks, SAP, and ERP platforms. I also coordinated audit preparation and helped resolve authority queries.
Across accounting roles in the NGO and private sectors, I’ve worked on financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance. I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Part III, and my Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting is ongoing.
