I’m an M.Phil Applied Linguistics professional and a Permanent Government Secondary School Teacher under SED Punjab, with 9+ years of experience focused on English Language Assessment. I specialize in test item writing and second language acquisition, turning assessment design into measurable learning outcomes.

Across Matric and FSc, I’ve developed and evaluated 500+ valid, syllabus-aligned test items and assessed 2000+ students annually, supporting a 90%+ board result rate. My work emphasizes validity and reliability, with full paper design that includes blueprints aligned to PCTB SLOs.

I bring strong, CEFR-grounded practice (A1–C2) and IELTS Band Descriptors to my assessment workflow, including SLO-based marking for Reading & Writing. I create MCQs, CRQs, and writing tasks that reflect real language performance rather than guesswork.

I also train educators—supporting 12+ junior teachers on SLO-based assessment and effective test item development—because I want assessment quality to improve across the system.
