I lead security operations, red team coordination, and GRC for a globally recognized US based sports organization. I increased endpoint security coverage to 98% and reduced open vulnerabilities by 91% through structured asset, EDR, and vulnerability-management programs.

I also established mandatory pre-production security testing for critical releases and delivered a security awareness program that reduced phishing susceptibility by 12%. My hands-on work includes Microsoft 365 and Azure controls, FortiGate policies, Microsoft Sentinel, Conditional Access, Defender, Purview, eDiscovery, third-party risk reviews, and compliance assessments.

Previously at Koç Holding, I set cybersecurity strategy and technical standards across group subsidiaries, chaired the IT Security Committee, and presented enterprise risk posture and mitigation roadmaps to C-level executives and the board. I authored group-wide security standards, coordinated red team exercises, adopted CIS Controls, and supported ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and regulatory compliance.

Earlier, I led information security for Setur and delivered PCI DSS assessments, SIEM correlation rules, incident analysis, and security-stack administration for enterprise clients in consulting roles.
