What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead clinical quality and emergency-care training—driving audits, risk management, and patient-safety protocols—so teams improve quickly, incidents decrease, and care remains compliant in high-pressure settings.

I’m a Clinical Officer focused on quality and patient safety, with over six years working in a clinical setting. At Medecins Sans Frontieres and the Magburaka Government Hospital, I ensured compliance with clinical standards and regulations, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on regular audits, and developed quality improvement initiatives to reduce patient safety incidents.

I also build stronger emergency teams through structured training and mentorship, from Emergency Triage Assessment and Treatment (ETAT+) to Emergency Room Trainer work. I facilitate workshops on advanced life support techniques, use assessments and feedback to raise staff competency ratings, and establish incident reporting and follow-up protocols while monitoring infection control and emergency care compliance.
