I've built payment and retail platforms for Williams Sonoma and The Gap through Nisum, improving transaction reliability, checkout performance, and operational resilience in high-traffic environments.
For The Gap, I redesigned the InStock Android application, cutting response time by 85% through microservices, caching, parallel threading, Kafka, Java 17, Spring Boot 3, and GCP. I also improved a picklist REST service by 70% and automated Zebra label printing for stores.
Earlier at Jalasoft, I accelerated network-device implementation and health checks with Python, reduced deployment time from two hours to 45 minutes with Docker, and built Java automation frameworks. I also lead and teach, including Java training and a Nisum trainee project for office desk reservations.
