I am a Registered Nurse specialized in Mental Health and Psychiatry (KRNMHP) with hands-on experience in acute psychiatric care and general medical-surgical nursing. I combine clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and psychotropic medication management to deliver patient-centered care.

During clinical placements at Mathari National Teaching & Referral Hospital and Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital, I managed patients with psychotic, mood, and substance-use disorders, facilitated therapeutic group sessions, supported emergency triage, and contributed to maternal and child health education.

I bring strong ethical practice, resilience in high-pressure environments, and a commitment to integrating physical and mental healthcare to improve discharge readiness and support rehabilitation and social reintegration.
