At Johnson Controls, I lead the design, development, testing, and production support of Workday PECI integrations for payroll operations across EMEA and SEA. I build Workday Studio integrations, consume SOAP and REST web services, and transform data using XML and XSLT.

I select EIB, Studio, or Core Connector approaches based on data volume, complexity, and long-term maintainability. I also support US and Canada payroll business-process updates, security configuration, role-based access controls, go-live hypercare, and production stabilization.

I improved Oracle and SQL data-processing speed by 65% and resolved 95% of ServiceNow incidents within SLA. I create technical design specifications, mapping documents, UAT materials, and support runbooks that make integrations easier to maintain and hand over.

Previously at Infosys, I built and optimized DataStage and SQL-based ETL workflows, automated jobs with Autosys, and reduced manual intervention by 90%. I’ve also mentored developers, improved delivery performance, and established Git and Bitbucket workflows for multiple teams.
