I am currently conducting Ph.D. research in Automation, Robotics, and Industrial Computer Science, with a specialized focus on the applications of Reinforcement Learning (RL) and process control. My primary research objective is the development of RL-based recommendation systems for the optimization of production facilities, bridging the gap between advanced algorithmic theory and practical industrial application. I am actively seeking roles that leverage ML and RL to solve complex engineering challenges, particularly within the Oil & Gas and energy sectors.

This academic specialization is built upon a foundation of eight-plus years of international experience as an Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer across the UAE, Iraq, and Oman. My professional track record, notably at Shell, involves deep expertise in PACO engineering, including DCS (DeltaV), ICSS, SIS, and control system design. I offer a unique "triple-threat" skill set: high-level RL research, hands-on industrial automation (metering and custody transfer), and low-level embedded systems development.
