Alhassan Baba

I am a First Class graduate in Political Science with Archaeology, driven by a commitment to inclusive governance, social justice, and evidence-based policymaking. My academic background spans political institutions, international politics, conflict resolution, and applied political research.

I combine analytical research skills with practical leadership: I have managed teams as a bar manager, administered inventory functions, and supported archaeological field research. I graduated among the top 5% of my class and earned First Class Honours from the University of Ghana.

My applied projects investigated digital literacy for girls in Sub-Saharan Africa, residential problems affecting first-year students, and pathways to national self-reliance—each producing policy-focused recommendations. I also volunteer as a tutor and mentor, organizing community fundraisers and supporting underprivileged students.

I bring strong communication, public speaking, data analysis, and Microsoft Office skills, alongside grassroots experience and a passion for crafting equitable, evidence-driven public policies that serve the public good.
