At Kings Energy Limited, I reviewed and reconciled accounts payable and receivable, performed bank reconciliations, and processed supplier invoices and payments. I also maintained financial records and coordinated with external auditors.
I kept accounting data up to date in ERP Tally, making account information easier to retrieve for reconciliation, final account preparation, and auditing. I also introduced a digital filing system for payment vouchers, journals, invoices, and other documents.
At National Health Insurance Authority, I processed invoices and payments, inspected agents’ bookkeeping, and managed inventory. I developed Excel spreadsheets to monitor agent payments, outstanding debts, and inventory.
I also worked with the Management Information System manager on systems to improve network fluctuations for easier and faster data entry. I enjoy repairing and building PCs and following technology and business news.
