What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to combine my finance and computing background, analytical skills, and professional experience in a dynamic organisation where I can continue learning, develop professionally, and contribute positively.

I've supported Bio-Rad Laboratories SSC in Watford since 2018, managing fixed assets, payments, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and reporting for multiple EMEA entities.

I use SAP and Excel extensively to investigate variances, resolve accounting discrepancies, support month-end and year-end closes, and maintain accurate financial records under US GAAP and statutory reporting requirements. I have also managed global down-payment processes, vendor invoices, payment runs, and stakeholder queries across Europe and the Middle East.

Alongside my finance career, I completed a BSc (Hons) in Computing at Solent University, developing practical knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, databases, web development, data analysis, business intelligence, networking, and information systems.

I'm eager to combine finance, computing, and analytical thinking in a dynamic organisation while continuing to learn and contribute positively.
