With over seven years of experience in frontend development, I have honed my skills in building products, leading teams and optimising processes. At Qonto, I led a team of six engineers, focusing on career development and technical guidance while streamlining cross-team collaboration. My journey has been marked by a commitment to quality, as I refined a no-defect development approach and contributed to scaling teams from four to nearly sixty engineers.
