Madalin Paducel

I’m a student in Industrial Engineering and Intelligent Industrial Technologies (3rd year) with a strong analytical way of thinking developed during my studies at Politehnica București. I take initiative easily, and I focus on contributing actively to the success of the activities I’m involved in.

I bring hands-on experience from the mechanical department as part of the robotics team Technogods (FIRST Tech Challenge), where I designed and troubleshot mechanical subsystems under time pressure, including critical emergency repairs during competitions. I’ve also collaborated in a multidisciplinary team using rapid decision-making and brainstorming techniques.

I’m looking for opportunities that let me use my data analysis orientation and interpersonal/team skills, supported by my CAD/CAM and engineering toolkit (Inventor, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, OnShape) and automation/programming fundamentals (MATLAB, Arduino IDE, C/C++/Python). I’m also developing my technical project management mindset through roles and academic projects like a zero-backlash cycloidal reducer prototype.
