At Bausch Health, I led S&OP, MPS, and MRP in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, aligning Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics. I managed capacity planning and contract manufacturing negotiations, while building inventory policies and KPIs around forecast accuracy, fill rate, and stock cover.

I've also reduced material shortages by 95% at West Quimica, implemented DDMRP and ERP MAX, improved inventory accuracy from 78% to 98% at PPG Industries, and reduced customer complaints by 36% at Ivanagro. I use SAP PP/MM/APO, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma, and cross-functional improvement methods to strengthen availability, service, and working capital.
