I’m a result-driven Planning Engineer with over 5+ years of experience supporting project initiation, proposal schedule development, and progress measurement methodology for EPC/Oil & Gas environments. I focus on turning contract scope into workable plans that teams can execute and track confidently.

In my roles, I develop baseline schedules in line with project scope, including WBS creation, activity lists, duration estimates, activity relationships, and resource assignment. I’m experienced with Primavera-P6 (scheduling & resource loading) and MS Project, and I use MS Office and Power BI to analyze technical data and present clear schedule insights.

I also own progress status monitoring using S-CURVE, update schedules with physical progress and man-hour expenditures, and produce weekly/monthly look-ahead reporting. I track critical activities and the critical path, then recommend corrective action plans to mitigate deviations before they impact delivery.

Strong communication and relationship management are central to how I work—I liaise with project managers, specialists, site engineers, logistics, vendors, suppliers, managers, and contractors to align constraints and inputs. Whether at conceptual-to-handover scheduling or steel and tank project planning, my priority is building schedules that improve efficiency, execution, and performance.
