As Project Lead Developer on freelance work, I built a student-to-business ecosystem with Next.js, Flutter, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, as well as a full-stack logistics management system with a GIS module for vehicle routing. I managed the full product lifecycle, from architecture and delivery to client relations.
At Prehnit d.o.o., I migrated a JavaScript frontend codebase to TypeScript and refactored legacy codebases to current standards. I also developed mobile features in a joint-venture engagement in Vienna and managed parallel project tasks using JIRA.
